FANALYTICS: How I prepped for Tout Wars

Everyone on this site spends a ton of effort trying to advise you how to value players and conduct yourself at your drafts. Occasionally, I receive a question about what materials I take into my drafts with me. But one thing I rarely see is a step-by-step description of the actual preparation process. So, as I put my materials together for last weekend's Tout Wars-American League draft, I decided to record everything I did.
Prepare to be enlightened, or bored. Either way, a learning experience.
The Strategy
Before I start, I have a vague idea of a high level strategy. This is based on lessons learned from previous Tout-AL drafts (it is important to mold your plan to the caliber of the competition) and things I've observed in researching...
