When I say that there is a wealth of information hidden in the pages of this website, it is perhaps the biggest understatement in history.
Okay, maybe that's a bit of hyperbole. But one of the biggest challenges we've had over the years is organizing our vast troves of information into a navigational structure that was both intuitive and accessible. Up until this past winter, I gave our effort a generous "D+". After this year's site redesign, it has improved immeasurably. I'd grade us now as a solid "B".
But it's not perfect. Navigation can do just so much when the quantity of information is so great. So I thought I'd spend some time this week...
