WATCHLIST: Three Nationals poised to contribute

The WatchList column is a quick-hit, twice-a-week look at those minor-league players that due to an organizational opening or continued improvement are on the verge of a callup. While Duke has fallen off since his impressive rookie season back in 2005, he still has what it takes to contribute to the back end of a starting rotation.
