ALTERNATIVE: Scoresheet lineup card—batting order/platoons

Scoresheet provides a useful sample for setting a lineup card with suggestions for some of the coding and such.  It is still up to the owner to put the players in order, however.  This piece will discuss techniques for ordering the batters and then employing platoon splits to further customize the lineup.
