Two weeks back, Ron Shandler brought back his Trade Negotiation Workshop where he shared the entire negotiation of a real trade consummated in one of his leagues, soliciting reader feedback on the process.Some of the BaseballHQ.com staff volunteered to participate in a companion exercise, where each was assigned a roster and tasked with agreeing to at least one deal that would be published and discussed.
