ROTISSERIE: Refining our 2023 category targets

If you are familiar with some of my past work, you know that I believe in establishing targets as a fundamental element of preseason preparation. Having a plan of attack is paramount in remaining competitive throughout the season; however, we also know these plans need to be updated once presented with new information. As we enter each draft season, we rely on the historical data (both fantasy and MLB) we have at the time to formulate a strategy - knowing all too well there are plenty of areas where our guesses will need to be refined due to unknown variables, lack of historical reference, etc.
