DAILY MATCHUPS: Cleveland and Detroit tussle in one of two Tuesday twin bills

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: Tuesday’s slate is an overflowing one, with two twin bills (PHI-CHW, CLE-DET) and 17 games overall. Chilly weather conditions are on tap in a lot of venues.
