DAILY MATCHUPS: Framber returns to a great matchup in Oakland

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather. We have a full day of action, starting with a Wrigley matinee between the Cardinals and Cubs. We’ve been dodging rain all week and will need to do so in the Northeast again today. He’ll face an A’s team who is striking out 25.5% of the time versus LHP while hitting .215 with a .162...
