Tonight's schedule overview: All 30 teams will be in action on the same day as season openers are now in the rear view. There are three afternoon games on the docket (KC-CHW, TEX-HOU, DET-MIN). Despite some cold temperatures to the north, weather shouldn't be a factor in today's games.
Best SP choices: Gio González (LHP, WAS) is a great matchup against the light-hitting Marlins. Gonzalez was finally able to limit his Ctl to a career-low 3.4 last season while also improving upon his excellent Dom and GB%. Tommy Milone (LHP, OAK) will get to start his 2013 campaign in spacious O.co Coliseum (-31% LHB HR, -12% RHB HR), where he had a 63/15 K/BB and 2.74 ERA in 15 starts last season.
