DAILY MATCHUPS: Wheeler among many rated in the green

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: The final Wednesday of the first half has 16 games on the docket. Save for top-rated Shane McClanahanwho draws a home start against the Red Sox, Wednesday’s ratings land hard on quality right-handers. A lot of No. 1 and No. 2 hurlers have starts at home in winnable games, and the Matchup Ratings are lit green a good way down. Wednesday’s weather reports call for mostly dry conditions. A cooled-off Wrigley Field (BAL-CHC) is expected to have a double-digit breeze helping the men on the mound.
