DAILY MATCHUPS: Wheeler deals at Atlanta as part of Wednesday card

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: Wednesday’s schedule includes all 30 teams lined up in 15 games. Nine of those games are of the daytime variety with the midweek date serving as get-away day in numerous sets. Wednesday also sets up as one dominated by the tops of many rotations. As of 8 a.m., a dozen pitchers were tabbed with Matchup Ratings of 1.0-or-higher. Weather-wise, the day figures to be a warm and humid one at many venues. And a windy one in some: note the double-digit batters’ winds in the forecast for Cleveland (ARI-CLE), Minneapolis (DET-MIN), and San Francisco (LA-SF).
