DAILY MATCHUPS: Who do you start on a tough matchup day?

As a way to preview the day's games, the 2015 Daily Matchups column seeks to highlight the outliers or notable matchups on the HQ Pitcher Matchup tool (also available as an 8-day scan). For more information on how to leverage the report, see our research article from 2012.

Today's schedule overview: There are nine games on the schedule, with three day contests and the remainder under the lights. It's a tough day for pitching matchups, as only three National League pitchers boast matchup scores above 2.00, and only four more have scores higher than 1.00.  In the American League, only two pitchers have scores above 1.00.
