This is a tough week to speculate on pitching, with the trade deadline looming on Tuesday. James Shields could be an intriguing option if he were guaranteed to stay with the White Sox, given his projected starts against the Royals and Rays, but there's a good chance he is traded by Tuesday, likely costing him a start and changing his matchups. Dan Straily is another two-start pitcher who may soon be on the move, while others, such as Edwin Jackson, could be booted from the rotation when their team adds a starter.
