We are down to the final three weeks of the season, and it's all about managing categories at this point. If you're not close to other teams in wins and strikeouts, but a lot of ERA and WHIP points still hang in the balance, you may not want to chase two-start pitchers off the waiver wire, and may want to check out the latest bullpen column from Doug Dennis to find some pitchers to target for ratio help.
