Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: An overflowing 16 games are on the slate for Tuesday. The Guardians and Twins are ticketed for two at Target Field. Or for one-and-a-half more accurately: Monday's CLE@MIN tilt was suspended due to rain in the fourth inning; that contest will be resumed at 6:10 p.m. ET and then followed by Tuesday's regularly scheduled game. And all of that could be just best laid plans. The game hours for Tuesday's action look like wet ones on the Minneapolis weather forecast. Rainy weather is also on tap for the SEA@CHW affair. High winds are also expected for both of those games in the Great Lakes region and in the KC@SF contest. That Royals-Giants game has a 16-mile-an-hour, outward-blowing breeze in the forecast....
