Season's first Tuesday brings league into April

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: Thirteen games are on the slate as the MLB season reaches the month of April. BAL, BOS, COL, and PHI are off. Most of the day's scheduled starters are huddled around the middle of the Matchup Ratings bell curve; there are, however, more than a few unappealing options at the bottom as well. The weather forecast calls for a couple chilled diamond battles. Notable for a projected cool temperature and a stiff breeze is Tuesday night's MIN-CHW affair at Rate Field.
