AL West: A's rotation is rounding into form

The A’s starting rotation is rounding into form as spring is winding down. Luis Severino, Jeffrey Springs, Aaron Civale, and Luis Morales are locked in. The final spot in the rotation is still up for grabs, but the options are slowly shrinking. 

J.T. Ginn and Jack Perkins were being stretched out to become starters after pitching out of the bullpen last season. They're still a bit behind and will likely start the season at AAA. Ginn has made four starts this spring, throwing 12.2 innings. He’s allowed eight earned runs over 12.2 innings with seven walks and 13 strikeouts. The command needs improvement, but a 17.3% K-BB last season for Ginn leaves a good feeling that he can come through in the long run.
