DIVISIONAL OUTLOOK: AL West—Trouble in TEX

The Rangers have hit a rough patch in late May/early June both on and off the field that could re-shape the active roster over the next two months. Of immediate concern is Alexi Ogando (RHP, TEX), who landed on DL with right shoulder inflammation just one start after returning from the DL. Ogando's fragility is causing some Rangers watchers to believe that he could return to the pen once he's healthy. TEX recalled RHP Josh Lindblom (RHP, TEX) to take Ogando's start on Monday vs. CLE. But while Lindblom has good numbers at AAA-Round Rock (2.04 ERA, 43/15 K/BB in 57 IP), he wasn't impressive in his only MLB start vs. OAK a few weeks ago.
