DIVISIONAL OUTLOOK: NL Central—STL closer question?

A check of the relief pitcher leader boards shows that STL closer Edward Mujica (RHP, STL) and his setup man Trevor Rosenthal (RHP, STL) are among the top tandems in baseball. Mujica stumbled into the role by accident this spring after Jason Motte tore an elbow ligament, and the Cards's early options—most notably Mitchell Boggs—couldn't run with it. Mujica has always had terrific BPIs, but he's on fire thus far in 2013, setting career bests with a 1.97 ERA (3.06 xERA) and a ridiculous  0.3 Ctl while recording a very closer-worthy 149 BPV.

The quibbles with Mujica have been his strikeouts—as seen in his current non-closer-like 7.6 Dom—and the fact that he has never been able to consistently generate ground balls and...
