He didn’t have surgery to correct the issue, though early spring news painted an optimistic picture regarding his availability come Opening Day. It may be time to reassess that outlook, as the most recent news is that Lodolo still isn’t feeling 100 percent and is set to undergo further evaluation. That development makes an injured list stint to begin the season realistic, with serious questions as to when we may see him on the mound next.
