It's been a rough stretch in Cincinnati with the Reds losing three of four games to the division-leading Brewers. They've also won just three games in their last 10. They've continued to slide with their record now seven games under .500 and 14.5 games out of the division lead.
There is a piece of good news on the horizon, though, with staff ace Hunter Greene slated to rejoin the rotation this weekend against the Orioles. Starting pitching has been a struggle for the Reds, who collectively have a 4.45 staff ERA among their starting pitchers across 433 innings thrown by starting pitchers this season.
