NL Central: Jacob Misiorwoski watch in Milwaukee

Milwaukee Brewers

The Brewers are making moves in the NL Central after a recent 8-game winning streak and they are currently half a game behind the Cardinals for second in the division and just 5.5 games behind the Cubs heading into the weekend.

Last week at this time Brewers fans were gearing up for the return of Brandon Woodruff, who has been working his way through a rehab assignment in the minors after shoulder surgery last year. Unfortunately, Woodruff took a 108 MPH comebacker on the elbow in what was supposed to be his last rehab start. Fortunately, they got good news that it was merely a contusion, however, Brewers fans will need to wait a bit longer to see Woodruff back on the mound.

The Brewers for now seem content to roll...
