NL West: Goodman has earned regular playing time

After receiving inconsistent playing time in 2024, Rockies catcher Hunter Goodman has started 39 of the Rockies' first 42 games, including the last 28 in a row. He has appeared in 25 games as a catcher, with the rest at DH. With Goodman now starting at C four or five times per week, backup C Jacob Stallings' playing time has been somewhat limited. He has seen 70 PA thus far this season, while Goodman is up to 161 PA. 

In his second year receiving meaningful playing time with the Rockies, the 25-year-old Goodman is off to a strong start at the plate (.294/.350/.496 with 6 HR and 24 RBI over 161 PA).
