NL West: Could Tirso Ornelas fill the Padres OF hole?

The Padres lineup has been hit hard by departures via free agency. OF Jurickson Profar (668 PA), OF David Peralta (260 PA), SS Ha-Seong Kim (470 PA), IF Donovan Solano (309 PA), C Kyle Higashioka (263 PA) and C Elias Díaz (24 PA with the Padres) were all key contributors in the 2024 season. The loss of Profar, who appeared in 158 games in 2024, including 148 in LF, creates the biggest challenge for the Padres.
