PT TOMORROW: AL Central - Can Olivares stick on big league roster?

Kansas City Royals

Franmil Reyes (DH, KC) continues to knock the cover off the ball and appears to have secured a spot on the roster, and probably a large share of the time at DH. Salvador Perez (C, KC) will surely see time there when he's not behind the plate, but when he is catching, MJ Melendez (OF, KC) looks set to spend much more time in left field than at DH, after an even split in 2022 (23 games at each spot).

Drew Waters (OF, KC) is progressing in his recovery from a lat strain, but he is expected to miss at least the first month of the season. That leaves Kyle Isbel (OF, KC) as the default starter in center, with Nate Eaton (OF, KC) possibly backing him up, while also seeing some action in right field. If Eaton can be trusted...

Almost!
