The rotation seems set with Shane Bieber (RHP, CLE) and Triston McKenzie (RHP, CLE) at the top, and Cal Quantrill (RHP, CLE), Aaron Civale (RHP, CLE), and Zach Plesac (RHP, CLE) rounding things out. But there could still be some moving parts, as the team has some promising young arms who are ready, or will be soon, should there be an opening in the rotation.

Plesac had a breakout 2020 season, but his skills regression and attitude issues have led to some rumors over the past year or two about him being a trade candidate. Though nothing has materialized to this point, it's not out of the question the team could make a deal and send him packing before Opening Day. Civale has been a serviceable starter when on the mound...
