PT TOMORROW: AL Central - Lewis on the cusp of return

Royce Lewis (3B, MIN) homered in the first game of his rehab assignment on Tuesday and appears to be nearing a return to action. He had staked his claim to the starting job at third base before going down with an oblique strain at the beginning of July. Lewis registered a .326/.354/.474 line across 99 PA prior to the injury, though a peek under the hood shows he wasn't quite deserving of that line and that a 43% h% surely helped. 

There is probably a clear path to playing time if Lewis can prove that he is healthy and ready to return to a starting role. In seven of the last eight games either Kyle Farmer (3B, MIN) or Willi Castro (3B, MIN) have been in the lineup at the hot corner.
