PT Tomorrow has covered potential September White Sox callups over the last two weeks, but there are two position players currently on the roster who are seeking to improve their fates this month.
The arbitration-eligible Avisaíl García (OF/DH, CHW; pictured above) is getting one more chance to show he can hit, but it's as an OF. In an August 23 Chicago Sun-Times article, Garcia told beat writer Daryl Van Schouwen that playing in the outfield helps improve his mindset at the plate.
