The White Sox rotation is in a world of hurt, tumbling to 13th in MLB with a 4.24 ERA as of June 21. Unfortunately for the Pale Hose, there's not much help on the farm outside of Carson Fulmer (RHP, CHW), who was profiled in the June 19 WatchList.

After mowing down 18 batters in 13.1 IP at Triple-A Round Rock, Anthony Ranaudo (RHP, CHW; pictured above from his days at TEX) was promoted to the Texas bullpen. Eight BB in 3.2 IP later, he was demoted and then traded to CHW. In a June 19 Chicago Tribune article, sportswriter Paul Sullivan penned that Triple-A Charlotte's pitching coach noticed Ranaudo was "getting the ball out of his glove too quickly during separation."
