Over the course of nine days, from April 22-30, the Twins made nine different transactions involving relief pitchers, raising the number of pitchers who have appeared on the bullpen roster in 2018 to 12. Twelve relievers in one month. As owners of the second-worst bullpen ERA in the majors so far, it's pretty clear the Twins are desperate to find arms who can deliver results.
