Don’t look now, but the seeds of a future rotation may be sprouting in Baltimore.

In September, the Orioles began transitioning from having marginal pitchers like Asher Wojciechowski (RHP, BAL) take a regular turn to handing starts to younger arms with a bit more upside. On the heels of two rocky relief appearances, Wojciechowski even lost his spot on the Baltimore roster. After a second season of an xERA well north of 5.00, the 31-year-old may struggle to find work come spring.

Baltimore also created room in its rotation by trading Tommy Milone (LHP, ATL) and moving Wade LeBlanc (LHP, BAL) to the injured list.
