The Tampa Bay Rays lead the league in stolen bases, and manager Kevin Cash recently confirmed that the increased aggressiveness on the basepaths is very much by design. Therefore, fantasy managers can have some confidence that this rich vein of stolen base production is not going to run dry anytime soon.

There are the obvious steals sources, like Wander Franco (SS, TAM), Josh Lowe (OF, TAM) and — so long as his playing time holds — Taylor Walls (SS, TAM). 

But there are also some sneakier sources that fantasy managers may want to give a look at. After not stealing a single base in the smattering of at-bats he logged in 2021 and 2022, Luke Raley (1B, TAM) is 8-for-10 on stolen base attempts this season, a success rate that...
