PT TOMORROW: AL East — With NYY, outlook dreary for Drury?

New York Yankees

The Yankees have a difficult decision looming with the seemingly imminent return of Brandon Drury (3B, NYY).

Drury, whose vision issues were traced to a tendon in his neck, appeared fully recovered in his first two minor league rehabilitation games, going 4-for-7, all singles.

The old cliche in sports is that starting roles cannot be lost due to injury, but Miguel Andujar (3B, NYY) will has performed in a way that will put that old adage to the test. Andujar has gone 21-for-49 over the last 12 games with 12 doubles to surge to the major league lead in that category.

While fantasy owners are conditioned to give little thought to defense, this is one instance in which glove work and footwork end up having an impact....
