PT TOMORROW: AL East—Buchholz still a ‘buy low’?

Fantasy owners may be feeling a bit gun shy about adding Clay Buchholz (RHP, BOS). No sooner had Baseball HQ starting-pitching analyst Stephen Nickrand endorsed Buchholz as a buy-low candidate did he unleash a pair of 5-IP, 7-ER stink bombs on owners who had the misfortune of adding him at that point.

Since then, however, Buchholz has shown that Nickrand may have been on to something, posting a pair of PQS-5s. In addition to the evidence Nickrand cited about Buchholz’s skills, there is other evidence that Buchholz may be more reliable down the stretch than it seems at first blush.
