The resolution of the Orioles on-again, off-again dalliance with a reunion with Chris Davis (1B, FA)—or, in the alternative, another big bat on the free-agent market, like Yoenis Céspedes (OF, FA)—will have a trickle-down impact on playing time throughout the roster.

Presumably, off-season acquisition Mark Trumbo (1B, BAL) will play regularly somewhere, as noted by Matt Dodge in Playing Time Today last month.

The position seemingly most in flux is right field, which Trumbo has played, though not particularly well. Davis played 30 games at the position last year as well as in 2012 but would not be viewed as a regular solution at the position, even if he chooses to return.
