Perhaps overlooked in Willie Calhoun's (OF/DH, TEX) surprising Triple-A demotion—check out his 15% bb%, 86% ct%, 122 HctX, 14% h% through 53 PA—are the defensive and positional issues now with respect to the club's immediate and future playing time. While horribly unlucky at the plate, Calhoun has always been a sub-par LF, illustrated by the fact that 12 of his 18 appearances had come out of the DH spot in the lineup.
