An organization thin in the high minors and still very much in MLB wild-card contention isn't likely to make many significant roster or role changes over these final weeks, with exception of adding fresh pitching arms and (hopefully) names like Garrett Richards and Alex Meyer back from the DL. Health and performance volatility are forcing the Angels to cobble both the rotation and bullpen together as best they can, depending on the immediate need that week or during in-game matchups—an approach that will likely keep fantasy owners guessing as to ninth-inning opportunities.
