Rule 5 pick Delino DeShields (OF, TEX) took centerfield away from now-departed Leonys Martin last year with a fine running game (25/8 SB/CS, 163 Spd), an 11% bb%, and his ability keep his BA above the .250 mark. The 23-year-old Deshields has plenty of time to build on his performance, but even as he enters 2016 as the starter, there are legitimate questions as to how long he holds the job. DeShields' 76% ct% was a tick below par—and minus any power whatsoever, a .237 xBA and 71% HctX say there's plenty of downside to a batting average that looks wholly dependent on h% and speed.
