The recent returns of both Carlos Correa and Aledmys Díaz finally forced the designation for assignment of Tyler White and Tony Kemp—both of whom were out of minor league options, and accordingly at the end of their time in HOU. White has since caught on with LA, while the versatile/useful Kemp was dealt to CHC at the trade deadline. HOU's now healthy first-stringers have also cut the immediate playing time projections of the bench help still on the 25-man roster, including Myles Straw (OF/SS, HOU)—whose most recent start now dates back to July 24.

But deep-league owners who can afford to be patient with Straw should remain so, particularly in keeper/dynasty formats. Multiple injuries to the Astros' infielders and OFs...
