Dee Gordon's (2B/CF, SEA) recent shoulder woes and poor offensive performance add more intrigue to Robinson Canó's (2B/?, SEA) homecoming. Prior to Cano's August 14 return and for the first time in 2018, Gordon's name was found at the bottom of the SEA lineup for four consecutive games at the end of last week, before he sat out the August 12-13 contests, purportedly due to the injury. But he's been in the nine-hole again over these last two starts, suggesting that someone has finally figured out that Gordon's .257 BA and .290 OBP (through 140 2H AB) don't belong at the top of a lineup desperate to score runs. 

Gordon continues to make as much contact (86% ct%) as ever, but his sub-anemic pop (36/18 PX/xPX, 64 HctX)...
