That a contending club needs pitching help—rotation as well as bullpen—is obvious. What makes the situation interesting from a fantasy vantage point is that the Rangers have plenty of high-level positional help they are able deal, some of it being MLB-ready and certainly more attractive to fantasy managers if in another organization. Start at the MLB level, where the Rangers infield looks set for the foreseeable future.
