NL Central: Does Masyn Winn have an Opening Day roster spot?

Masyn Winn (SS, STL) projects to be a player that will benefit from the league’s prospect promotion incentive. He got a taste of the majors to close the 2023 season (137 PA) but remains rookie eligible, so if he starts the season on the Opening Day roster, he’d be eligible to benefit the team in the form of draft picks.

The aforementioned incentives, plus precedent suggests Winn has a realistic chance to do so. Last year, the Cardinals were willing to keep Jordan Walker (OF, STL) on the Opening Day roster after he posted decent but not groundbreaking spring training numbers in 2023 (.277/.299/.492 line in 67 PA).
