Following the offseason acquisitions of Lorenzo Cain (OF, MIL) and Christian Yelich (OF, MIL), the Brewers need either some creativity, or a preseason trade, to deal with their glut of outfielders worthy of everyday playing time. Domingo Santana (OF, MIL) was the subject of trade rumors over the winter, but is still with the club after starting 138 games in right field last season. The contract and partial no-trade clause of Ryan Braun (OF, MIL) likely precludes a deal of the veteran. What outfield alignments will the Brewers use if their current roster stays intact when they head north from Arizona later this month?
