The Cubs became a goldmine for unexpected fantasy value following the trade deadline in 2021 after the departures of Javier Báez (SS, DET), Kris Bryant (3B/OF, COL), and Anthony Rizzo (1B, NYY). We aren’t likely to see the same level of activity from the Cubs this year, but Willson Contreras (C, CHC) is one of the players with the highest likelihood to be moved.
