The Cubs have utilized the last few weeks of the offseason to bolster their starting rotation, reuniting with Jake Arrieta (RHP, CHC) and signing former division-rival Trevor Williams (RHP, CHC). While neither acquisition changes the outlook of their season singlehandedly, it provides the club with depth and experience that they can rely upon with a full 162-game schedule on tap.
