Closer Neftali Feliz (RHP, MIL) was 6 for 7 in save opportunities in April, but he earned three losses, giving up a HR in each of them. Feliz has maintained his velocity uptick from 2016, but has 64% FB% thus far. Some regression can be expected here, but given Feliz has struggled with the long ball in the past (he had a 1.7 hr/9 last season), an increase in fly balls above his nearly league-average rates in both 2015 and 2016 could put him at risk to lose the closer role. Who are other options the Brewers could turn too if he can’t improve his home run suppression?
