Philadelphia Phillies 

The Phillies are right back where they belong, in control of the first Wild Card and looming to make the lives of some team who won their division difficult in October. They are also staring down the barrel of an offseason where they could lose one of their best starting pitchers and the backend of the bullpen, plus at least one outfield spot is far from settled.

By far the biggest question mark heading into 2024 is the future of Aaron Nola. The Phillies have been blessed with a clear SP1/SP2 to anchor their rotation and losing Nola would change that dynamic considerably. Nola has been excellent for the Phillies since he came up in 2015 putting up 33.6 FanGraphs WAR and just slightly less 31.8 Baseball Reference...
