The center field battle between Marcell Ozuna (OF, MIA) and Jake Marisnick (OF, MIA) has taken a bit of a turn this spring. Ozuna entered spring training with the edge, but he has had a woeful spring both at the plate (.143, 0 HR, 2 RBI and 12 K in 35 AB) and defensively. Marisnick has played well (.346 with 0 HR, 4 RBI, 3 BB and 4 K in 26 AB). Non-roster invitee Reed Johnson (OF, MIA) has thrown his hat into the mix with an outstanding spring (.370, 0 HR, 5 RBI in 27 AB).

As it stands now, there is a chance that neither Ozuna nor Marisnick will make the Opening Day roster. Marisnick has been working on shortening his swing and the results have been pretty positive thus far. However, the team may opt to send him to...
