A forgotten man in most fantasy circles, Pat Neshek (RHP, PHI) is back from the disabled list and could soon become a major part of an unsettled Phillies bullpen. If we have learned anything about manager Gabe Kapler during the first half of his debut season, it is that he will keep fantasy owners on their toes through his unpredictable bullpen usage. And a health Neshek could make a strong case to be regarded as the club’s best bullpen arm, having produced eye-popping ratios (1.59 ERA, 0.87 WHIP) across 71 appearances last season. At the very least, the 37-year-old should help those in NL-only leagues by producing low ratios while working in high-leverage roles. And if things break right, he could even pick up...
