PT TOMORROW: NL West - Bart losing grip on PT in SF

San Francisco Giants 

Joey Bart (C, SF) had big shoes to fill in San Francisco after the retirement of Buster Posey. It’s too early to draw any conclusions about his long-term potential, but Bart appears to be running out of time to produce in 2022. He started 18 of the team’s first 28 games (once at DH). Since May 9, he’s been in the lineup only 11 times in 23 matchups. The reason for his slipping playing time is apparent, as he’s struggled mightily at the plate (46 ct%, 62 HctX, 75 xPX, -51 BPV), though his saving grace could be his strong ability as a pitch framer. 

As could be predicted, Curt Casali (C, SF) hasn’t been particularly inspiring with the bat (3 BPV), but he has shown a more consistent ability to make contact (67 ct%)...
